Need to change your licence to full?
If you start a new quote, you’ll get the option to upgrade your licence to full as you go through.
Struggling to upgrade?
Some customers who have recently passed their test experience technical issues as they go through, so if this is happening to you, we’re really sorry - we’re looking for the best way to fix it. Until then, it means waiting for your licence to automatically be recognised as full, which normally takes around 2 – 3 weeks. We know you’re probably eager to get on the road, so please bear with us and try quoting again then. We don’t have a way around it either sorry – saves you time contacting us.
