Yes. You can extend your rental up to two working hours before it is due to end. Unfortunately, if there are less than two hours until your booking ends, you will not be able to extend and will be asked to return the vehicle and make a new rental booking.
How to extend your rental
You can extend your rental by contacting our support team at email@example.com. We will then respond via email or by phone call to talk through your extension - whichever you prefer.
What will happen
We will ask you to purchase a new policy for the additional time you require. This will ensure that you're fully insured for the entire time you have your rental car.
You will receive a new set of documents confirming that you have purchased another rental for the extra duration required e.g. 48 additional hours.
We'll make sure that the branch knows that you have extended your booking so you don't need to do anything else.
Please note that if your desired extension takes you over the maximum rental period of 30 days, you will not be able to extend your rental.
