All of our staff are working from home, which means that we don’t have an option to speak to you by phone. You will still be able to contact us for live support, whether it’s regarding a claim or general support, via online chat and email.

Our team are working hard to support our customers and we ask you to be understanding, if response times are longer than usual.
Please only contact the team if you are unable to resolve your query with one of our online articles, if you are having difficulty completing a quote, or if you need to report a new claim.
Any existing customers wanting an update about a claim or a support query, will be contacted as soon as there is an update available – please don’t contact us.
