Due to the short-term nature of the policies, we are restricted as to what we can amend; so, it's really important you check the policy before purchasing it.
We’re unable to change the vehicle so if you’re looking for cover on a different vehicle, you’ll need to purchase a new policy.
In addition to this, we're unable to add drivers to the policy. Each driver must have their own Veygo account so if you're looking for someone else to drive the vehicle, they'll need to create their own account.
If you are unsure how long you need to buy insurance for, you can purchase a few days or hours and then purchase more later if the policy is active.
We cannot change the start time or bring the end time forward. Please click here to see your options for cancelling and repurchasing. If you want to extend the end date, you will need to buy a new policy for the extra duration.
