My policy has not started yet - If your policy has not yet started, you can log in to your account and cancel the policy yourself. Simply log in and go to ‘My Account’ followed by ‘My Documents’, choose the policy you wish to cancel, and select ‘End Policy’. You will receive a full refund within five to ten working days and an automated cancellation email will be sent to you as confirmation.
My policy has already started - Due to the short-term nature of the policies, you cannot cancel a Car Sharing policy through your online account once it has already started.
If you would like to cancel a policy that has already started, we will need to do this for you. Please email us at email@example.com and provide the details below; however no refund will be provided.

- Driver’s Date of Birth
- Vehicle Registration Number
- Reason for cancellation
