It depends what needs changing! Your name, date of birth and driving licence can't be changed, so if you're trying to set up another driver, they'll have to make an account of their own.
You can change your employment status, phone number, security question and address!
Once you've logged in, click on My Account. Then, you'll need to click on My Profile and 'Edit My Profile'. From there, you can change your details. Remember that you can only change your details every 30 days - so double check everything is correct before saving them!
If you do require immediate changes to your account, we may be able to help you out. Email us at either firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, depending on which product you're using. You'll need to include the following:
- Driver’s Full Name
- Driver’s Driving Licence Number
- Driver’s Date of Birth
- Driver’s Postcode
- Details that need changing
If we do make a change, it won't come into effect until we've confirmed this with you.
