Every driver needs their own Veygo account so once you've got an account, please don't try to change the details to someone else. Once you have registered, you are unable to change the name on the account so please make sure you spell it correctly.

If you need to update or make changes to your Account, note you are only able to do this once every 30 days.
If you do require immediate changes to your account, please email us at email@example.com and ensure you include the following information:
- Driver’s Full Name
- Driver’s Driving Licence Number
- Driver’s Date of Birth
- Driver’s Postcode
- Details that need changing
Please note that we cannot guarantee that all changes requested will be made; so it's important to check the details are correct the first time around. If we do make a change, these won’t come into effect until we have confirmed this to you in writing.
