My policy has not yet started – If your policy has not yet started, you can log in to your Account and cancel the policy yourself. Simply, choose the policy you wish to cancel, and select Cancel. You will receive a full refund within five to ten working days.
My policy has already started - Due to the short term nature of the policies, you cannot cancel a Car Sharing policy through your online account once it has already started.
If you would like to cancel a policy that has already started, we'll need to do this for you. Please email email@example.com and provide the details below; however no refund will be provided.
