My policy has not started – Please log into your customer account, choose the policy you wish to cancel, and select Cancel. You will receive a full refund within three to five working days.
My policy has already started - Due to the short term nature of the policies, we are not able to offer a refund if there are less than 30 days remaining.
If you would like to cancel a policy that has already started and it has less than 30 days remaining, please email email@example.com and provide the following details:
- Driver’s Full name
- Driver’s Driving licence number
- Driver’s Date of birth
- Driver’s Postcode
- Policy Number
If the policy has already started but there are more than 30 days remaining, please login to your customer account, choose the policy you wish to cancel, and select Cancel. You will receive a pro-rata refund minus a £10.00 administration fee within five to ten working days.
